David Krätschmer

David Krätschmer is a berlin-based director, editor and co-founder of the creative studio killyourdarlings. In his work he likes to focus on exploring raw, authentic subcultural themes that are rooted in suburban youth culture.

With a distinctive feel for contemporary themes, he blends the current zeitgeist with a vintage flavour and mix-media influences. His creative origins can be traced back to the DIY-mentality of the skateboarding scene, a spirit that is still present in his projects today. In addition to his previous work, which mainly includes music videos for well-known artists, he is constantly working on short films and independent projects to express himself creatively.
